お久しぶりです。小島です！新店の準備等で、更新が遅くなって申し訳ございません：）
実は、銀座のマロニエゲートにシンガポールシーフードリパブリックの２号店がオープンしました！品川の１号店がおかげさまで多くのお客様にお越しいただいておりますが、予約がとれないためにお客様に楽しんでいただけない、、、、という状況を少しは解消できればと思っています。
２つのお店は共にシンガポール料理店ですが、品川の方はホテルの前庭ということもあり、ホテルの雰囲気がありますが、銀座のほうがカジュアルで、もっと女性向きかと思います。味は変わりませんが、メニューや店内の雰囲気は違います。特に特徴的なのは、ランチビュッフェです。皆様にとって、シンガポール料理はなじみがまだあまりないかと思いますが、気軽に楽しんでいただけると思います。
今回は、オープニングに際し、シンガポールのオーナーたちも来日してくれました。

Hi! Sorry that I have not updated for a while since we had been preparing for a new outlet, Singapore Seafood Republic Ginza!
Our first outlet, Singapore Seafood Republic in Shinagawa was difficult to book(fortunately for us, but unfortunately for customers:),
and we hope that our second outlet will help our customers to enjoy our Singapore cuisine.
The first outlet in Shinagawa is in front of a hotel, Hotel Pacific Tokyo, and the atmosphere is a bit sophisticated like a hotel. The second one in Ginza is more casual and it will be enjoyable especially for women. Tastes of our menu are basically the same, but the menus and the interior are different. In Ginza, we serve you buffet for lunch. You will enjoy many variety of Singapore foods more casually.
Our partners visited us at the timing of the grand opening. Please try their authentic cuisine if you have any chance to visit Singapore!

大変お待たせ致しました。タイスキ、タイ料理のコカレストランがいよいよ２月２８日、新宿ルミネエストにオープン致します！今まで、有楽町、日比谷、上野でお客様にご愛好いただきましたが、「新宿」にもリクエストいただいておりました。場所は、駅の前（というより上）で、アクセスが便利です。ちょっと小さいお店ではありますが、皆様に、もっと気軽に本場のタイスキを味わっていただきたいと思っています。ランチに、学校やお仕事帰りに、コカレストラン新宿店に是非お越しください。お待ちしております。

Coca restaurant, Thai-suki restaurant from Bangkok, will be opening at Shinjuku Lumine Est on February 28th. We have Coca restaurants in Yurakucho, Hibiya, and Ueno now, and we are happy to give more choice to customers. The new coca restaurant in Shinjuku will not be so big, but you will enjoy the authentic Thai-suki and Thai cuisine. Please stop by for lunch, after shool or work.

今回は、海外第1号店となる博多らーめん店「由丸」のオープンということで、シンガポールに行って参りました。シンガポール中心街より、少し離れた郊外のHolland Villageという街に誕生しました。シンガポールにいらっしゃる方は、是非お試しいただけますとうれしいです。

ハンバーガーやパイなど、アメリカの伝統的な家庭料理を楽しめるカフェ＆レストランが６月１日、にオープンしました。横浜開港１５０周年記念を祝って、JRさんのご協力のもと、桜木町の駅下に実現されました。
JRさんももちろんですが、ニューヨークのバビーズのオーナーのロンさんとの出会いも縁を感じます。初めて出会って、まるで長年知っているかのような感覚に陥りました。

アメリカンダイナー、カフェというと、いかにもボリュームが大きくて、典型的なアメリカンフードを想像されるかもしれませんが、ロンさんが大切になさっているのは、手作り、それも新鮮な素材にこだわっている愛情あふれた家庭料理です。その思いやりたっぷりのおいしい料理は、日本人もどこかなつかしさを感じる味だと思います。

味だけでなく、今回は空間にもこだわりました。というのも、我々は、長年「本物の味」を提供することにこだわってやってまいりました。そんな中、今回はカフェカンパニーさんにデザインをお願いし、「ほっとするリビング感」を作りました。空間からのアプローチというのは、実は今まであまりしてこなかったことなのですが、心地よい空間とおいしい料理、それが生み出す「ほっと感」を是非、味わいにいらしてください。そしてこういった試みとしては、初のお店ですが、今後どうなっていくのか、皆様に報告してまいりますので、楽しみにしていてください！詳しくはバビーズのHPもご覧ください。

Bubby's Yokohama, American diner and cafe with traditional homemade foods such as hamburgers and pies is finally open at Sakuragicho station with support of JR company for the celebration of 150 anniversary of opening Yokohama port.
I feel special about serendipity of Mr. Ron, the owner of Bubby's in NY. I felt as if I had known him for a long time when we met each other for the first time.

If you say "American diner and cafe", you may think of typical American foods in giant size;), but what Mr. Ron appreciates is traditional homemade foods, handmade with fresh ingredients. The great foods will impress people without American backgrounds, which will make you comfortable.

This time, we put efforts on space of the outlet. To tell the truth, we had been focusing on "authentic foods" for a long time. But this time, we made efforts to make the space "at home" with support by Cafe Company. We had not tried approach by space, but I really hope people will enjoy good foods and good atmosphere like your living. Please come and try!
