Foodexに行って参りました。
Foodexというのは、世界中の食材メーカーが集まる見本市です。幕張メッセで開催されました。タイの食材を紹介するブースでは、タイの食文化を紹介しようということで、タイ商務省のサポートのもと、マンゴツリー東京の天野シェフが日本の食材を使ったタイ料理をデモンストレーションでご案内させていただきました。
一日では到底見切れないほどの大きなイベントですが、面白いので是非東京でやってほしいなと思いました。

I went to Makuhari messe for Foodex today. Foodex is an event of foods from all over the world. There were booths of Thai foods to introduce Thai food and the culture.
Chef Amano from mango tree, demonstrated how to cook Thai food with Japanese ingredients. The event was too big to walk and see in a single day. I hope it will be happening in Tokyo, too.

４／１１の桃の里マラソンの本番をひかえ、いろいろ心配はあります。いつも通り、形から入るものなので、ウェアやシューズはそろえ、一見プロ？のように見えるランナーになりました。w
事前練習会で、今回のイベントに参加していただいた方々とお会いし、みんなの真剣さにびびりましたが、自分のできる範囲でシピードをセーブしながら自分のペースであれば、走れるかもしれないと思いました。多少迷惑をかけるかもしれませんが、完走したいと思います。

今はまだ走る苦しさの方が楽しさよりも大きいですが、その楽しさは完走してはじめてわかるものだと思いますので、がんばりたいと思います。完走できたかどうかは、次のブログで発表します。
走ったり、体を動かしてカロリーを消費することによって、おいしいご飯をもっと食べてもいいような気がします。これからしばらくは、運動と食べることをテーマにいろいろやっていきたいと思います。

I'd been worried about the marathon event on April 11th.
I always care about how I look better than how I perform as for sports, and I bought wear and shoes for running, and they made me look like a professional runner;)
I saw some customers who will join our tour at the practice event on April 12th.
They looked professional. i will try to accomplish the race by asking myself of my stamina.
I still feel more pain than fun but I think I will be able to have more pleasure when I finish the race. I also feel that I'll be allowed to eat more if I exercise. I want to do more events related to food and sports this year, so please join us for next events!
