ニューヨークから、秋冬のバビーズ（横浜桜木町のアメリカンパイ＆ダイナー）のメニューを作るため、オーナーのロンさんがやってきました。バビーズはおかげさまで、好評をいただいていますが、ロンさんのメニューに対する思い入れが、バビーズの魂にとってすごく重要で、そこが素晴らしいところだと感じました。彼がお客様に伝えたいことや日本のお客様のニーズなどを話し合いました。ロンさんはとても勉強熱心で、日本の旬の野菜や魚介について学びたいと言っていました。日本とニューヨークだと、魚の種類が違うので、その辺りが苦労するかもしれませんが、メニューもいろいろと強化していきますので、お楽しみに！
ニューヨークに帰る前、野菜の仕入れや農場にも興味を持ってくれているので、山梨へ行ってきました。実はまだ企画段階なのですが、秋の収穫を祝って、ランチ企画の下見も行ってきました。現実になるかわかりませんが、ワイナリーでのランチ企画にロンさんも来たいと言ってくれました。そうなれば、ロンさん直々のメニューを味わえるかもしれません。山梨のパートナーたちもみんな大歓迎してくれるので、ぜひ皆様に来ていただきたいです。
新鮮な空気の中、香り豊かなぶどうの実を刈って、お腹をすかせ、新鮮な野菜と上質な甲州牛のシェフの手料理を秋の日差しの中で食べる、、、ここまで食をおいしくいただく理想的な条件が揃うのは、そうそうありません。私自身もとても楽しみにしています。皆様是非、ご参加くださいね！（追って案内をHPでします）

Mr. Ron, the owner of Bubbys(American pie and diner at Sakuragicho, Yokohama) has visited Japan to add new menu for this fall and winter. Thanks to our customers, Bubbys has been doing well. I thought his passion was so strong that it actually make Bubbys go to the next step. We talked what he wants to deliver to customers and what customers in Japan want. Mr. Ron is such a hard worker that he wants to learn seasonable ingredients in Japan for future menus. It may be difficult for him to think of seafood menu since there are so many kinds of fish or clams in Japan, but we will offer you great menu!
Before he left Japan, we went to Yamanashi to visit farmers and the city hall. Now we are thinking of an event, eating lunch at a winery. Mr. Ron said that he wanted to join the lunch this fall, and if he can come, you will enjoy his cooking. Our partners in Yamanashi will be happy to welcome you, so please join us!
I think it will be the best meal in life, eating handmade cuisine with fresh vegetables and great beef after working(picking grapes) in fresh air and under soft sunshine in autumn time. I will update the information, so please look forward to it!
