バンコクにマンゴツリーの新しいお店がオープンしたので、オープニングレセプションに行って参りました。場所はオリエンタルホテルの敷地内。お店は「マンゴツリーシグネチャー」と言います。今までよりもモダンなメニュー構成で、ハイエンドな雰囲気です。

世界的な不況の中、きつい時代、まだ抜け出せていない感じは東京もバンコクも同じです。「今、何をしなければいけないのか？」をバンコクのマンゴツリーオーナーのピタヤさんともよく話をしてきましたが、この時期だからこそ、お客様に対して、新しい提案をするチャンスでもあると思います。寂しいことですが、事実、アピールしつづけなければ、忘れられてしまうものです。体が疲れていても、動かねばならないという時期なのかなと思います。

A new mango tree has been open in Bangkok, and I attended the opening party. The place was at a part of Oriental hotel. The restaurant is called "mango tree signature." The menu is modern and the atmosphere is high end. If you have chance to go to Bangkok, please stop by.

The world economy is suffered from the recession, and the economy situation is the same in Tokyo and Bangkok. I and Mr. Pitaya, the owner of mango tree Bangkok talked a lot about what to do for the next. I think now is the time to propose new things to customers.
This is true but people will forget what we do if we do not do anything new. Now is the timing for us to keep moving.

Fortunately, our Thai cuisine restaurants and Singapore cuisine restaurants are fine. Thanks to the customers, we will overcome. We will keep proposing something new, so please join us. For example, we have this project, which is the one that our partners, farmers from Yamanashi will come to Tokyo to sell fresh vegetables and fruits this summer.
