前回、登頂した山（精進湖パノラマ台）が富士山を一望でき、あまりにきれいな景色だったので、弊社博多らーめん由丸の店長たちを連れて行きたいなぁと思っていたので、非常に楽しみにしていました。ところが体調があまりすぐれなかったせいか、疲労のせいか、途中でバテバテになってしまいました。少し休まないとなぁと思わされました。
無事に登頂した後は、甲州牛の試食もかねて、バーベキューをしました。まぐろで言う中トロのようなやわらかい、ちょうどよい油の和牛でとてもおいしかったです。お客様にお出しできるまで、楽しみにしてお待ちいただけたらと思います！
体力的に厳しい場面もありましたが、多くの店長が集まってくれたこと、前回同様、登山の先生がついてくれたことが、非常にありがたいと思いました。次はお客様とも一緒に登ってみたいと思います。それまで普段から歩くようにして、準備をしておきます！

The mountain which we climbed before was so beautiful that I wanted to take our staff at Yoshimaru ramen. I was so excited about the hiking but I was exhausted because I had been tired or something. I thought I should take a rest for the moment.

After climbing, we enjoyed BBQ with premium beef from Kousyu. It was like fat tuna, and very delicious. Please look forward to the beef until we can provide customers.
I appreciate many managers and hiking experts joined the tour. I love to try hiking with customers next time! I'll be ready for next hiking by walking a lot in daily life!

タイ王国大使館主催の「タイフェスティバル」が５月１６日、１７日に代々木公園にて開催されました。コカレストラン、マンゴツリーからも、ガパオやグリーンカレーコロッケなどをご用意しました。
イベント会場にはものすごい数の人で、タイ料理の人気の高さを感じるとともに、タイ料理はストリートフードが似合うなぁと改めて思いました。タイ料理に限らず、そもそもアジアの料理は、ストリートフードに原点がある場合が多いです。なので、ストリートフードの魅力を知ることで、本当の深さに出会えるんだと改めて思いました。格好や能書きよりも、「味」と「値段」のストレート勝負。「ストリートフード研究家」なんて魅力的だなぁ、と思うくらい、深い世界です。タイ料理の魅力をさらに多くの人に知っていただけるよう、がんばってまいりますので是非食べにいらっしゃってくださいね！

Thai festival was held at Yoyogi park on May 16th and 17th. We provided Gapao, Green curry croquets etc by Coca Restaurant and Mango tree.
There were so many people at the event, and I felt Thai food has become very popular.
Also I felt that Thai food is basically street food. In general, Asian foods are born at the streets, so we will appreciate spirits of Thai food with deep understanding of street food. I think street food is very attractive because those types of food are judged by taste and price, not by appearance or stories. We will keep our efforts for more people to know charms of Thai foods! Please try our coca restaurants and mango tree!

今年で１６回目となりましたが、コカ鍋杯が開催されました。実は最近は山登りに凝っていたので、ゴルフの熱が以前よりは下がっていたのですが、力が抜けたせいか、意外とスコアが伸びるという法則に気づきました（笑）。　スコアのことばかり考えず、自然と会話を楽しみながら、カートを使わずに歩くという本来のゴルフの楽しさを改めて実感しました。
毎年開催されているコカ鍋杯ですが、最近は女性の参加者が増えてきました。実際、弊社のレストランのお客さまも女性が多いので、いろんなご意見をいただいたりもします。もちろん、ゴルフに限らず、みんなで楽しめるスポーツイベントを考えていきたいと思います。その中で、みんなと一緒に思い出を作り、伝統や伝説になっていけばいいなぁと思います。

Coca cup has been held every year, and this year was the 16th! I used to be more crazy for golf, but I realized I got better than before because I was relaxed in a good way. I realized how golf should be, without being so nervous about scores but enjoying nature and conversation.
I also realized more women join the event. In fact, many of our customers are women, so I'm happy to have chance to talk with them. I want to throw sports event not only golf but also anything that everyone can try. I want to share moments with customers.
