先日、ルミネエスト新宿店にオープンしました、ラーメン＆バーの「GOKIGEN」！
実は弊社の運営するお店の中では、圧倒的に女性がメインとなる場所です。
私たちは、お店を良くするにはどうしたらよいのか、を考えるために、お客様の意見を直接聞くことが非常に大事だと思っています。
そこでお客様に「覆面調査隊」として、お店に足を運んでいただき、率直な意見をいただく会を開催致しました。
皆様、わざわざ足を運んでお店に行っていただいた上、積極的に率直にご意見をくださりました。一つ一つ、大変勉強になりました。この場をかりて改めてお礼申し上げます。今後、いただいたご意見が反映されていく様子も見守ってくださればうれしいと思っています。

弊社の方針の「変わらないもの」として、「お客様が望むもの」を提供することを守ってまいりました。いただいたご意見をもとに、変えるべきところは柔軟に変えつつ、皆様に喜んでいただけるものを一貫してご提供していきたいと思っております。

Grand opening of "Gokigen", Ramen and Bar on Sep 10th at LUMINE EST in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The main target of the shopping building is women, and we thought it would be very important to hear what women think of our shop. We asked some women to try Gokigen, and to give us feedback.
Everyone gave us a lot of advice. We have learned a lot. I would like to appreciate them. I hope they will enjoy seeing our improvement when they come back to our shop in the future.
We have kept our policy, providing what customers want, which has not been changed. We will change some parts with flexibility according to the feedback from the customers. Please give us comments when you try our ramen shop, Gokigen!
