みなさん、こんにちは。
先日、タイからかえってまいりました。
前から少しお話させていただいておりますが、タイからデザートを持ってくる企画と、弊社のレストランの海外進出の準備を着々と進めております。

私はいろいろな国を見て参りましたが、日本に限らず、世界的に景気が悪いように思います。
ガソリンは高いですし、物価も上がっています。将来があまり予想できない中、人々はできるだけお金を使いたくないという心理になります。

しかし、人間は食べる必要があります。その時に何を食べたいですか？私だったら、安く、でも質はなるべく高いものがいいです。もし安くて、質がよければ、食べる回数は確実に増えると思います。

世の中は不景気で、外食産業にとっては厳しい時代ですが、その中で、私は進化していかねばならないと思います。時代の流れを読み、人々に喜ばれるものを生み出していきたいと思っています。

ラッキーなことに日本ブームなので、日本が世界に出て行くにはよいタイミングだと思います。具体的には、今の時代にあった、ラーメンを主体とした、安いけどおいしいラーメン屋さんを進化させて海外に出店したいと思っています。

幸い、パートナーとして、組んでいただける企業が見つかりました。タイでとても大きい企業です。規模的には、弊社に比べると大きすぎて心配してしまいますが、（苦笑）、意気投合しています。何かを始めるには、人と人がよい関係を築いていかないといけませんが、逆にそれができれば、成功の確率は上がります。その上、場所と企画がばっちりで合えば、成功できると思っています。

タイからトロピカルフルーツをテーマにしたデザートを持ってくる企画に関しても、楽しみにしていてください。「ちょっとした贅沢」ができるアイテムを日本で展開したいです。

１７日、とても涼しい日がありました。雨が降っている中、仕事をしておりましたが、暑い夏の真ん中に、秋のにおいがふっとしました。久しぶりにエアコンに頼らず過ごすことができました。食欲の秋は、我々レストランにとって、大事な季節です。一生懸命に作っておりますので、是非、秋のメニューを食べに来てくださいね。

Hi everyone. I just got back from Thailand. As I have been talking here, we have two projects, bringing dessert from Thailand and bringing our restaurant abroad.

I had been to many countries, and I feel economy is not so good not only in Japan but also in other countries.
Gas is expensive, and the prices are raising. Since people can not predict the future well, people feel like saving money.
But human needs to eat to live. What would you like to eat? I would like to have something inexpensive, but something in good quality. If it's really cheap and good, I would love to eat very often.

World economy is not so good, and restaurant business will be very tough, but I think we need to make progress under the situation. We would like to provide something to entertain people.

Luckily, Japan boom has come, and it's a good timing for Japanese companies to go abroad.
We would like to have a restaurant of noodles(mainly) with reasonable prices and good tastes outside Japan.

Fortunately, we have found a partner. The partner is a well known company in Thailand. Our company is a lot smaller than the company, but I feel we can have a good relationship. To start something new, good relationship and team work is very important, and that's a key for success. In addition, a good location and good concept make the project a real success.

Please look forward to another project, bringing dessert from Thailand. The dessert is made from tropical fruits, which people can feel luxury with.

The other day, it was very cool in the middle of very hot summer days. I felt fall slightly. Fall is an important season for us, restaurants. We are doing the best to prepare menus for fall, so please come and enjoy our foods!
