この20年、世界情勢も大きく変化しお客さまの嗜好も常に移り変わり情勢に左右されやすいレストランの運営は、日々挑戦の連続でした。これまでの経験を積み重ね、現在では、ワンダーランドクラブ会員約４万人の方々に愛されるレストラングループになるまでになりました。
今までもこれからもレストランワンダーランドを支える上で、常に心掛けている思いがあります。それは、【本物であること】 。【本物】とは、ワンダーランドの場合、その料理にあります。世界各国の心から親愛し合えるレストランと業務提携（ジョイントベンチャー）を結ぶことで、その料理に対するこだわりや情熱、そして、長い時間をかけて築き上げられた歴史をすべて譲り受け、お客さまにお伝えすることができます。一方、“変えてはいけないもの”と時代のニーズによって“変えていかなければならないもの”を見極めることも重要です。ジョイントベンチャーの個性を活かしながら融合させることが大切なことだと考えます。
私は常に、お客様に愛され、永遠に続くようなレストランビジネスを追求したいと思っています。それこそが私の人生であり、この仕事そのものを人生の喜びとして生きていきたいと思っています。

In the past 20 years, in the setting of a constantly changing world, where customers’ preferences and tastes have been shifting at a fast pace, operating a restaurant has been a continuous, daily challenge.
The experience gained through these years made the idea of creating Wonderland Group a reality – a chain of restaurants loved by its patrons, supported by more than 40 000 members.
In the pursuit of building the Wonderland brand, there is one thought I have always kept in mind: “Authenticity”.
The authenticity of the taste of our dishes, prepared with traditional recipes from all over the world. Bringing out the genuine taste and traditions of different cultures has been a challenging, but at the same time gratifying mission. It has been made possible through joint ventures with world-renowned and beloved restaurants. Successfully realizing these projects with our partners, we have been able to pass on their culinary passion and history to our customers.
While undertaking these joint ventures, we have always kept an eye on global trends and taken them into account in our planning process. It is important to distinguish between what should be changed and what should remain the same, in order to fuse with the needs of our times.
Creating restaurants, loved and remembered by all, is the goal I will keep on pursuing. This is the mission I have devoted my life to.
